Availability of specific certificates, test reports, or compliance documents depends on the product, the supplier, and the destination country. We will confirm what is available at the time of enquiry. We do not display, claim, or imply possession of any certification that has not been verified for a specific product or shipment. Buyers must independently verify all import, labelling, and regulatory requirements for their destination market.
Indian Export Regulatory Framework
Applicable to all export shipments from India
IEC — Import Export Code
DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade)
Mandatory 10-digit code issued by DGFT for all exporters. Required for every export shipment from India. All our export shipments are made under a valid IEC.
GST Registration
Government of India
GST registration is mandatory for all commercial entities in India. Our GST number is 09ABFPJ8631A1ZW. GST invoices are issued for all transactions.
FSSAI — Food Safety & Standards
Food Safety and Standards Authority of India
FSSAI registration or licence is required for all food businesses in India, including exporters of food products. Applicable to our honey, turmeric, spices, botanicals, and dry fruit product lines. FSSAI licence details are available on request.
APEDA — Agricultural & Processed Food Products
Agricultural and Processed Food Products Export Development Authority
APEDA registration (RCMC) is required for exporters of scheduled agricultural and processed food products including spices, honey, dry fruits, and processed food items. Applicable to our spices, honey, turmeric, and dry natural products. APEDA RCMC details available on request.
Spices Board — CRES / RCMC
Spices Board of India
The Spices Board of India regulates the export of spices. Exporters of spices are required to obtain RCMC (Registration-cum-Membership Certificate) from the Spices Board. CRES (Certificate of Registration as Exporter of Spices) may be required for certain markets. Applicable to our pepper, cardamom, turmeric, cumin, coriander, saffron, and all other spice products. EIC — Export Inspection Council
Export Inspection Council of India
EIC pre-shipment inspection and certification may be required for certain food products exported to specific markets (e.g. EU, USA). Applicable where mandated by the destination country or buyer. Availability subject to product and destination requirements.
Certificate of Origin
DGFT / Authorised Issuing Bodies
Certificate of Origin (COO) confirms that goods originate from India. Required for customs clearance in most destination countries and for claiming preferential duty rates under trade agreements. Available for all shipments.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Plant Quarantine Authority of India
Phytosanitary certificate issued by the Plant Quarantine Authority is required for export of plant-based products including spices, botanicals, dry fruits, and turmeric to most destination countries. Available for applicable products.
Health Certificate
FSSAI / EIC / Competent Authority
Health certificates may be required by certain destination countries for food products including honey, spices, and processed foods. Availability subject to product and destination requirements.

EU plastic food-contact materials regulation compliance. Available for applicable products where manufacturer documentation exists.
US FDA Food-Contact Compliance (21 CFR)
US FDA food-contact compliance documentation. Available where provided by the manufacturer.
GMP Documentation
Good Manufacturing Practice documentation from the manufacturer.

Product analysis confirming key parameters.

FSSAI Compliance
All honey products comply with FSSAI standards for honey. FSSAI licence details available on request.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Lab analysis confirming moisture, HMF, diastase activity, sugar profile, and other parameters.
Laboratory Test Report
Independent laboratory testing for adulteration, pesticide residues, antibiotics, and heavy metals. Available on request.
Organic Certification
Organic certification (NPOP / NOP / EU Organic) available for certified organic honey varieties. Subject to specific product and supplier. Not all honey varieties are certified organic.
Pesticide Residue Report
Pesticide residue testing per EU MRL or destination-market standards.
Antibiotic Residue Report
Testing for antibiotic residues including chloramphenicol, nitrofurans, and sulphonamides.
EU Honey Directive Compliance (2001/110/EC)
Documentation for EU import requirements for honey. Available on request.
Health Certificate
Health certificate for honey exports to applicable destination markets.

Whole Turmeric, Turmeric Powder, Alleppey, Salem, Lakadong, High-Curcumin Grades
Spices Board RCMC
Spices Board registration required for turmeric export.
Certificate of Analysis (COA)
Analysis confirming curcumin content, moisture, ash, volatile oil, and other parameters.

Pesticide residue testing per EU MRL, ASTA, or destination-market standards.
Heavy-Metal Test Report
Testing for lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury, and other heavy metals.
Aflatoxin Test Report
Aflatoxin B1 and total aflatoxin testing. Required for EU and many other markets.
Microbiological Test Report
Testing for total plate count, E. coli, Salmonella, and other microbiological parameters.
Phytosanitary Certificate
Required for export of turmeric to most destination countries.
Organic Certification
Available for certified organic turmeric where the supplier holds valid organic certification. Subject to specific product.

Confirmation of botanical identity and species. Available on request.
Organic Certification
Available for certified organic botanical varieties where the supplier holds valid organic certification.
Regulatory Classification Note
Botanical raw materials are supplied as herbal raw materials only. No therapeutic, medicinal, or health claims are made. Buyers are responsible for regulatory classification in their destination market.
